POET (Germany) interview questions

Was too long about four hours asked about many many things riddles questions, database, problem solving, concurrency solid principles, java and asp.net all of this in one exam and then a senior software engineer comes to discuss your answers with you

The interview is a 30 page technical test that you should solve in 2/3 hours. The interviewer will then discuss all your answers for the next hour. I didn't have a good experience because the interviewer was not professional when asking and discussing questions, he kept laughing or checking his phone regularly.
