I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at PNC Financial Services Group (Rosslyn, VA) in Jun 2015
Interview
The interview process isn't bad, the messed up part is that you need to interview 2 times. Typically one time with the branch manager and one time with the regional manager. Whats messed up is that if your doing an internal transfer, you have to do the same thing. The whole process takes between 3 to 5 weeks.

After scheduling a brief meetup at nearby Starbucks, we discussed my work history, what made me switch careers, and how my experience would tie into the new position. The interviewers were extremely accommodating to my existing work schedule at the time.
Few days later, I received follow-up phone call from the recruiter offering me the position, which I accepted.

Interview
Very intense, recruiter was a little much . The process itself was fine and the questions were typical. Just felt like it was a demeaning interview almost. Could have been a little better.
