What passed experiences did i have with an angry customer
All AI and no real people. Made you do a round of interviews that were one way and then made you do a videogame test that wasted your time. It's clear this company does not care to hire real people to talk to you.

Question 1
Imagine you are in a situation where you have to make an important decision quickly. To make the decision, you gather information from multiple sources, but you notice that the information seems inconsistent or confusing. How would you approach this situation? Please describe the actions you would take.
You apply online. Then do a video HireVue interview. Which is where you record yourself answering about 9 questions and have 2 attempts doing so. Fairly easy, situational questions, but a little annoying for people who have never recorded themselves before. After that, a recruiter calls you for an in person interview. Which is pretty much answering the same questions you answered during the video interview. Then it’s the waiting game. They will continue conducting a million interviews even if you had banking experience and did well on your interview. So right now I am waiting for a call back to see if I got the position. My recruiter for my region in particular was very nice and easy to speak with. I’m currently waiting and hoping for the best now.

Interview
Straight forward interview. They asked general behavioral and technical questions, along with a few questions to get to know the interviewee better. It took a little while to hear back after first round though.
