I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at PNC Financial Services Group (Pittsburgh, PA) in Jan 2015
Interview
Honestly, the interview process is very long. It took about 2 months total from applying to receiving the job offer. I originally applied for a Part time teller position. First, about a week after I applied, I was sent an email to set up a phone interview. The interview took about 10 minutes and the lady was very nice. It was basically a prescreening call and she asked general questions revolving around the pay scale and my sales experience. She then emailed me two assessments and I did those. About 3 week later, the local recruiter for a group interview contacted me. There were 3 other girls who where there with me. The interviewers consisted of the recruiter, her assistant, and one of the branch managers. I had a second interview with the branch manager and they said they would contact me with their decision. About a week later, my recruiter contacted me and she offered me a Full time teller position that was closer to home than the part time teller position. I interviewed with that branch manager on a Monday and the following day I was offered the Full time position.

Interview
Interview went well. Very professional . Had to turn down position due to location not being close to public transportation. Very disappointed. The PNC branch that needed a bank teller at the time unfortunately was not near public transportation. I had no easy way of getting there. They told me they would keep my resume on file in case another branch teller position opened up, but I never heard back from them.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at PNC Financial Services Group (Monroeville, PA)
Interview
Group interview with 7 other candidates in the conference room. The HR recruiter, one assistant branch manager, and another assistant branch manager from another branch were present. Pretty laidback and stress-free interview. I was the only one who was hired because I am very overqualified with a college degree. This is the worst job I have ever had.
