I interviewed at PLP Architecture (Whitechapel, England)
Interview
It was a typical interview, but I was informed that I needed to take a Revit exam. I don’t think the exam fairly or accurately reflects a person’s actual Revit skills. It seems the program is designed to look for specific programmed answers rather than assessing real ability, which makes the test unfair. However, it seems this company is using that exam as a way to filter candidates, which I find quite concerning.
