PHOENIX Group interview questions

I had a 30-min interview with the department lead, was told will be informed about the result in one week. Two weeks gone by nothing from them, I wrote an inquiry email to HR, was told the lead was on holiday and will be giving feedback in one week time. Another 3 weeks still nothing. Until today (in total 8 weeks since received the invitation for interview) no any further info. Ghosted without any rejection or even a courtesy email, very disrespectful.
