      Coordinator Interview

      May 22, 2018
      Anonymous employee
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at PETA in May 2018

      Interview

I reached out with my application and got a message a day later with a few pre interview tasks. A couple of days after handing these in, I got an Skype interview invite. This interview was scheduled for a couple of days after I received the email and lasted about an hour. It was more of a casual conversation, with the interviewer giving me some company insights. A couple of days after this interview, I received an invite for an on-sight interview with the director and manager. The interview portion lasted an hour and I had to do a few tasks after, which also lasted about an hour. A week later I received a job offer. All in all, this was a very quick process. I think what they're looking for is someone who really cares about their organisation and is well versed in what they do. My advice is do your research and show that you're impressed by their work and are excited about potentially contributing to their mission. I will say this – if they want you, this will be a fast process. Also, HR was a pleasure to deal with!
