It was through REP which is an especial selection process. It was 5 days of interviews and behavior evaluations. One part was developed in the headquarters and the other part was in the operational area.

Interview
It was a really slow process, I took almost 2 years from the fist interview to actually getting the job. The interview questions had a strong political background as the company follows a new structure based just in politics. They use several ways to make you engaged into political acts. The interview process does not take into account any skill review test only a political background check.
