The interview process was divided in two stages basically, the first one and group interview with other candidates to different positions. This group interview was carried out by Human Resources personnel, I did consist of group task and discussion about certain subject. The candidates had to prepare a short presentation and express their thoughts regarding the topic.
The second stage was the technical interview, in my case rather than a personal interview, it was a group one. We had a test describing some practical situations in order to develop a maintenance strategy for a Major Equipment
