I sat down with the manager first, met two assistants, both doctors, and they were so welcoming and friendly. I never felt more comfortable about an interview. By the end of the interview, I was hired!
I applied and was called for an interview within two weeks. The interview process was easy. I had a good conversation with the manager and the dentist. They asked me casual questions relevant to my professional career.
