the interview process was pretty easy and took 2 weeks and started with video interview and then an in person interview. Questions were pretty average interview questions that you'd expect for an interview
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at PCs for People
Interview
I actually interviewed for this company 3 different times. By the 3rd time I was almost doing it for comedic value. Especially after reading the reviews of working for the company online. I had interviewed multiple times for leadership roles. Roles that would not only have me leading in the state I am in, but also across multiple states. I advanced thru multiple rounds. Things went great (for the first time) and then ZERO contact. Almost to the point I wanted to drive to the office to see if something had happened as I interviewed with the head of the entire organization. Another role came open and I was immediately contacted after applying... I was told they had restructured and the other role was pulled. Ok.. Not cool you didn't reach out to me but fine. I do a couple interviews with local leadership and same thing. GHOST. You almost get the feeling they don't want someone too accomplished based on the reviews I'm seeing.

Interview
Contacted via text for an interview for the incorrect position and then received clarifying information. Hiring manager who would serve as this position's direct supervisor called via Zoom with her camera off because she had to take the interview from her car because she hadn't gotten to the office yet. Was offered second round interview during this interview. Hiring Manager went radio silent until informing me that they had hired someone else without ever completing my second round interview.
