I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at PCLaw | Time Matters (Markham, ON)
Interview
Smooth. Exclusively remote. Friendly folks and quite clear on the process. No assessments or tests. Approximately 45 minutes, two stages. Interviews were with folks mostly out of their US office.
The interview process was fairly normal, meeting with HR and the VP of the Support team. After that, you have an in-person interview with some of the team members. Overall a very pleasant experience.

They like to know experience and flexibility, along with who you are and what you can ideally bring to the team.

Interview
This is yet another company that wants you to send them videos of yourself answering their questions, rather than taking the time to conduct 1:1 interviews.
They will respond to your application with a stock email requesting you go to the link provided and record yourself for them. In todays world of personal data collection, this is very concerning and to me shows a lack of respect for everyone who took time to apply. I have no idea where those videos would end up going and would not trust them with a company that won't even grant me an interview with a real person.
If you want to be treated like a dancing monkey and play their games in hopes of maybe, possibly speaking to an actual person about the position you applied then go right ahead.
