Very easy and quick with a walk thru in the building and with the csr team and some management. They briefly discuss job duties and work environment. The head office is barely there but they will meet you and that will be the only time you see them

Interview
They HR department was wonderful in scheduling my interview ans working with my schedule. The management interviewed me in a panel and were phenomenal in letting my know what the company was about and what they were looking for. I found it refreshing to find the that the interview as more 2- sided and focused on if we were a good fit for each other, versus me presenting my best case as to why I am capable for the job. It was really reassuring and gave me confidence to narrow down my list of job opportunities.
