had phone call, met with manager, the owner then reviews if he wants to hire you, he doesn't meet you he just makes his own determination. many qualified people are turned down if the owner doesn't feel they are worthy.

Very easy and short process doesn't take long time to finalise. Nothing would be asked from me just written test and interview round and than maruti round that will be held in Maruti Suzuki head office.
