Felt like I was just a box they had to cross off...once I entered the room, the interviewer just went through the motions. I have a lot of experience within the company but they know that I have 25 years in and more than likely will retire within 5 years...and most likely, that's the reason why I can no longer advance.

Interview
HR call, Panel Interview, Hiring Manager Interview. I had good experience. Questions asked based on experience and some behavioral questions. Expect HR to call first to schedule the first round.
Traditional and personable interview process, if interested they will gladly keep in touch. Great people at this company, would recommend if you are looking for a first role to grow in.
