Interview
My interview process began with a phone interview with two Paccar managers. I then was invited to an in person interview on site for two positions at Paccar. I was interviewed by about 7 managers and had lunch with several of my potential co-works. I also gave a presentation to about 30 people.

Question 1
The most challenging part of the interview is the presentation.
First, there was a call with a technical recruiter. Then there was an initial Screening with team supervisor. Then onsite interview with technical presentation, tour, group interview with engineers and group interview with engineering team leaders.
I got interview offer from on campus job fair and was called in for a general interview. I was interviewed by 2 people. 1 was HR who did not ask me any question but was just observing me. How I answer and how my body language is. Another person was Senior engineer who asked me all types of in depth technical questions. Apparently there strategy was to make interviewing person uncomfortable with difficult questions and observe how they react. So be calm. Its a tricky interview.
