P3 USA interview questions

Applied online, had an interview via teams about 3 weeks later. In the interview i was finally told, that there is no real position. They are just looking for future potential. Interview was not very detailled and they could not answer my questions. They just waste your time!

First: offered a position with low salary. I didn't take it and second offer with $10k more was received. But still had to go through interview with CEO , who like to meet always in Starbucks. Never got shown anything, had to get my cellphone and laptop setup myself and went straight to work, after only 2 hours of introductions and equipment setup.
