Interview
Theresa, the hiring manger, called me for an over the phone interview. We spoke briefly about my Customer Service experience and she asked me a few simple questions. She then offered me an interview date and time. I arrived for my interview and met with Theresa first. She led me to the interview room and I wanted for John, the Customer Service Manager at the time. John spoke with me for about 30 minutes and then he offered me a job on the spot!
