Good interviews with lots of feedback, lots of coaching. More training than you will get with 95% of SDR roles. A lot more stages than most places though, but definitely work the effort.

They will ask you to talk through previous experience, and ask situational questions
East, straight forward with direct question on sales experience and sales process. Want to understand how you think and cold call. Be prepared with a strategy. Talk about your best cold call.

- 2-hour interview with 2 leads and the manager ( your interviewed through zoom with each person separately)
