It was smooth, with not too many steps. The interviewers were straightforward and not intimidating. There was an exam, and one interview and I received the job offer right after the process. I didn't have to wait for too long to know if I got accepted or not.
asked basic questions about strengths and weakness's. Why I am interested in working for a start up company. What experience or knowledge I had of marketplaces. 2nd stage was with hiring manager where you do group interviews asking you general hypothetical questions
Long and drawn out, but fulfilling. Clearly they are growing fast and need more people doing interviews and such. The process was a bit draining but everyone has been very nice throughout.
