I applied online. I interviewed at Outdoor Cap in May 2021
Interview
Easy interview. It was a two person interview and they talk about the company and different departments and the culture of the company. They get back to you quickly on an offer
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Outdoor Cap
Interview
The interview process was odd. One of the interviewers seemed like they'd be great to work with but everyone else seemed to be weirdly hostile and posturing. During the interview process, they reported that they had multiple candidates reject their offer and once I received their offer (which I had less than 24 hours to approve or reject) I could see why. Their benefits were initially vague and eventually proved to be awful after I asked a few probing questions. The whole process seemed unprofessional and there were lots of red flags that this place is a deeply unpleasant place to work. I would only suggest this place to someone who was absolutely desperate and couldn't find work anywhere else.
