1. Page after page of in-depth reflection on previous employers, colleagues, workplaces (3+ jobs back into my work history) as well as very personal questions about my adolescence, childhood, and family relationships.
2. A 1-2 hour interview on the phone
3. Another 1-2 hour interview in person

It was a very in depth hiring process and was a bit long. There was a major focus on core values and ensuring you are the right fit beyond just skills.
