Lengthy yet thorough process. The problem was when other stores are down staff you are expected to know the in and outs training is thrown to the wayside . Interview process is a lot of time spent talking with people that you’ll never see or work with.

Manage the day to day operation of the restaurant, staff, food order, inventory, guest complaints. Meetings daily with leadership team. Help staff in all areas of the operation, cooking, bar, serving guest and seating people at entrance.
