I met in person with the dean to discuss teaching opportunities and expertise. Onboarding training is provided before teaching the first course to review the learning management system and the course you are hired to teach. Enough time is provided to develop teaching materials before your course begins.

I was interviewed by a group of five people, consisting of professors and the dean. They asked me ahead of time to prepare a presentation so they could see how I'd come across in a classroom. We talked about 10-15 minutes and then I presented the material. Total interview time about 30-40 minutes.
