Fast and fair , easy going and question are easy to answer. Between 30 - 45 minutes duration. Interview very friendly and welcoming. Th e process was not hectic at all as all the questions were clear and easy to answer

The one on one interview with management was fairly brief and easy.
Then you go through a psychiatric assessment. Once that is done you go to HR for a background check.

Interview
You'll start by being asked the generic interview questions which is the pleasant part of the phase. As the interview progresses, that's where you will see that actually, you're a SALES agent on behalf of them trying to get their clients to sign up for discovery products. Get this, you are paid on purely on commission depending on whether or not you're able to get the smmes to sign up for discovery products. The part about actual accounting and bookkeeping work is not remunerated. You are actually there to be a sales person providing free accounting services for the company while they make all the money.
