Pretty standard. First a recruiter call. Followed by a leetcode interview then a 2 hour leetcode and system design interview if everything went well. Thought everything went well then got ghosted by the company. I even followed up after a week. Pretty unprofessional for a company of this size.

Interview
I was contacted by a recruiter over Linkedin. The process consisted of three rounds three rounds. First a technical phone screen, then another round that had an algos screen & system design screen, then finally a manager screen.
Phone Screen, Hiring Manager Screen, interviews with 6 team members. All the interviews were focused on behavioral scenarios and they were pretty clear they wanted to hear a clearly articulated of story of what the situation, what you did, and the business outcome you drove.
