First a phone call screening, then a pair of in person interviews and tours of the facilities. Nothing special, pretty standard stuff. Standard questions related to my field of expertise, but pretty much did three interviews, left on hold then just to be ghosted in the end.

The response time was slow and hard to negotiate. Its a small HR team, so that is sort of the reason for the slowness. The organization as a whole is very antiquated.
