Interview
I came in and met with the manager of sales, asked about my background and why sales. Great guy, it went well and round 2 was a panel discussion with customer success, sales manager and the office manager. Then was a try out in the office and a call with the president. In the beginning of the interview process I was told salary is 40k-50k, but then the president offered me 1k a month.

Interview
Initial 20 minute phone interview to seek out personality fit, next round interview was F2F for them to learn more about technical skills, discuss past experience, what I look for in position, etc. There weren't any puzzling or "trick" questions. They were quick to respond after each round of interviews regarding next steps.
