Was called in to interview with all three managers before going on a ride along with the branch's termite technicians. Interview was fair and informative although I did laugh a little when the termite manager said that showing up to work at 730 was "getting to work early".

I filled out a standard Application online the next day, the service manager called me in for sit down interview. After the sit down interview they decided to hire me depending on the outcome of a ride along / field work day went so about a week later I returned and basically performed the job for a day ( not paid ) to see if one if i was up too the task and two if i was a good fit personality wise for the type person they needed

I filled out the online application. The next day the service manager called me and asked me too come in for a interview the following morning. I was interviewed by the service and branch managers . It was very easy going. I was explained the job and what was expected of me.
