I applied for the Normal branch in Illinois. I thought the interview process was appropriate for the job I was applying for. I thought it went well until I went on an unpaid rid a long for 6 hours. The GM kept referring to me as "guy" which I think is rude and unprofessional. I did not get the job after everything was said and done

Interview
Over the phone about a 15 min conversation, I talked about previous roles, phones were ringing a lot so business seems pretty good. The man that interviewed me was really nice and informative. I would have taken the job if my wife wasn’t paranoid I would bring bugs home
Pretty straightforward, basically they tell you how great the company is. They ask basic questions about why you want to work here, why would you be a good fit. They talk about the benefits a lot.
