- Initial call with the HR to discuss whether it's a match - First interview: with the Lead Product Designer, discuss experience and present a case study from my portfolio (at-home design test is given if they want you to proceed) - Second interview: the results of the at-home design task is presented as a case study to the Product team (4 people were involved: Lead Product Manager, another Product Manager, Lead Product Designer and CTO). You're encouraged not to spend too much time on the design task and they don't expect a polished outcome. They judge you based on what you have completed or the work in progress you showcase and the amount of time you spent on what you have presented. (IMO the telltale round whether you'll get the job or not) - Final interview: a chat with the CEO
