I went through a three-step interview process for a position I applied for: Resume Shortlisted: My resume was selected, and I got a call for the next round. Online Meeting with Founder: I had a video call with the founder. It was a friendly and open conversation where we discussed my background, the role, and how I could contribute to the company. Offline Assessment Test: I was invited for an in-person test focused on practical skills. It was well-organized and relevant to the job. Overall, the process was smooth and professional. I appreciated how they gave attention to both personal interaction and technical skills.

First round was online assessment . After around two weeks shortlisted were called at office for in-office office assessment which consist of 1 aptitude test and 2 coding question out of which one was one paper. After 3 more days shortlisted were called for development round
