Oregon Eye Consultants interview questions

There are 2 rounds of interviews. First interview they have you take a competency test and answer questions like how do you learn best, why would you be a good fit, etc. If called back, you meet with the manager. If offered the position, you must submit the consent for background check and do a drug screen at Cascade. I was offered the position but ended up declining due to other offers to work in the medical field. After talking to friends and coworkers who had either worked there before or worked with the company, they said they have a high rate of turnover and said the dr's didn't treat their employees well. Just wasnt the right place for me to go. They do offer good benefits. You only pay for dental insurance, medical is paid by providers if it's just you, eye care and discounts offered because they are eye doctors. 1 week of paid time off the first 6 months.
