First Round was Technical on Spring Boot and Java Assignment on Spring Batch for inserting 10M data read from CSV and store into database by thread and parrallel processing. The only focus on this task for each and every candidate.

Practical test, Face to face interview. when pass the assessment then select next round varble interview. when pass varble interview then discuss salary and other benefits. After that send appointment letter and join.
