The interview experience was disappointing and felt unfair. The interviewer asked only few questions, which is totally not sufficient to properly assess a candidate’s skills or capabilities.
It seemed like the interviewer was more focused on grilling rather than genuinely evaluating for hiring (egoistic behaviour), and there was little to no effort to create a constructive or interactive discussion. The approach lacked cooperation and felt discouraging, with a somewhat dismissive attitude toward the candidate.
Overall, the process did not reflect a balanced or professional evaluation standard.
