Recruitment process was dehumanizing, lasted 3 weeks, involved codility times tests with hidden test cases, a borderline illegal IQ test, and and baseless behavioural tests. Not at all respectful of the time of the candidate. Avoid at all costs.

Interview
The process started with a phone call to discuss the position and go over my resume, then there was a 2 hour online coding assessment on codility, and there was an onsite HR interview and last there was a technical interview.
