First you speak with someone who works remotely and doesn't even work at the main corporate office. Then you speak with the manager in charge of the department who doesn't work in the main office in New Jersey but works in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Then you have an on-site interview with people you know nothing about who are horrible at giving reviews. The entire time I didn't feel welcomed or taken seriously. Glad I didn't receive an offer but future interviewers beware, you will be wearing many hats at the job.
