The interview process is very thorough, pre-screening conducted by Talent Acquisition and then on to the hiring manager. Good communication with scheduling and flexibility. They are quick to follow up and keep communication open.
They will ask specific questions as to how your past experience aligns with and prepares you for the role. Especially critical to have prior management experience and cross functional collaboration
