I had processed my application last November 2024 and was endorsed to an interview for a Sr. Technical Support Analyst role, they informed me that the role would be for January 2025 and I had already passed the interview. Once it was January I then reached out to the recruiter for a follow up for the Job Offer. I had also informed that I found an opening for the same role only for a different site and if I could be endorsed there instead, the recruiter mentioned that he will endorse me to Taguig site and await for a call but no one called or even emailed me which made me doubt that I was endorsed at all. Upon checking, I informed him that the job requisition had just been posted, and kept following up. Afterwards he informed me that I am suddenly not qualified for any of their roles except for a level 1 contractual role which can only last for 3-6 months and without any possibility for a permanent post or even if I could get hired on the original post I'm waiting for the job offer for. Overall I believe Optum is a good company, it's just that I had a bad experience with the recruitment process with the recruiter.
