Fun, light, and very straightforward. Interviews are conducted both by PH and international staff. Very accommodating to the needs of applicants. They’ll be honest and tell you upfront what they need and challenges of the role.

Interview
30-minute screening interview with recruiter followed by a digital interview recording. The system provided 5 question and then recorded my responses (audio and visual).
Then I was invited to a 1.5-hour interview with hiring manager. Afterwards I completed a small instructional design project based on a scenario. My final interview was 30 minutes with manager's boss.

Hard questions with multiple interviewers. Dont give any feedback or responsed to emails. I was not impressed by leadership. They were pretentious and unrealistic. They do not provide any feedback or a decline.
