Very easy. It was like a conversation. It was a phone interview being that the position is remote. It was very informative and transparent if what the role consisted of.
We started off with an assessment focused on the STAR method after a phone interview with one of the hiring managers. Then Hr contacted about the pay and hours and benefits

Virtual...not on camera...star based questions. The interview lasted about 45 mins and it was held by a 3 panel of Supervisors. They first want you to describe a little about yourself.
