Optimal Home Care interview questions

Thank you for taking the time to give us your thoughts about our interview process. We hope it was a positive experience. You are correct in that we ask a number of questions not directly related to the actual position (knowledge, skills, abilities for each specific job) because we are also extremely interested in character and "EQ" as we believe that "skills get you here but character keeps you here".
