I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Opportunities Unlimited
Interview
It was very laid back and easy. The interviewer was personal and made it comfortable experience overall. They asked pretty basic questions and made it an open conversation feeling. It was completed one on one onsite in a private, quiet room.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Opportunities Unlimited in Sep 2016
Interview
The interview process is a multi step process. The first process is an actual interview. They ask you about your experiences and tell you about the position. If they like you from there you would do a 2 hour job shadow (tryout) and you are with an actual residential counselor caring for the client. During the Tryout they are grading you on how you are with the client and the questions you ask. After your job shadow they will get with the HR department and give feedback on your strengths and weaknesses and tell them if you would be a good fit. If you do good at the shadow you may be offered a position or offered a 2nd interview
