I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at OpenTent in Nov 2024
Interview
Submit an application through the app and answer a few questions and answer a question with a video. Second step was an interview with a project manager to go over the role and experience. Third step was a take home project which you had 48 hours to complete but not take more than 3 hours to work on it. It didn't seem a difficult project. However, I got a rejection letter right after. Not sure what went wrong on the project I submitted so a little bit of feedback would have been nice. Anyway, not a bad experience.

Question 1
Why are you interested working here? Tell me about your previous experience
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at OpenTent (New York, NY) in Aug 2022
Interview
I applied through their website and immediately got an email response. A follow up email invited me to a first interview. That interview focused on my background and company alignment. The second interview was more focused on prior work examples and direct experience. The final interview was with the CEO, which was great. I then got a job offer and went from there

Question 1
What are causes or communities that are important to you?
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at OpenTent in Sep 2022
Interview
Before I spoke with anyone at the company about the job or my experience, I was asked to do an exercise to set up a Salesforce org, do a small amount of configuration, populate it with data. I was also asked to be ready to speak about the data and issues I’d raise with the client. I was definitely a little put off by the exercise, since I was asked to put 3 in hours of work before anyone spoke to me. Additionally, as a Salesforce Consultant, the exercise was very easy and felt like a total waste of time. They could have gathered more about my expertise if they just spoken to me about my experience. After the exercise I spoke with someone at the company to discuss my data and architecture choices. I was then asked to speak with someone at the company with the same title, but was asked to do a case study before the conversation so we could discuss it. I finally spoke with two other folks at the company. The whole process was way too drawn out, and for such a small company it felt very impersonal. The whole process was a red flag for me.
