I applied through other source. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at OpenStore (Miami, FL) in Jan 2022
Interview
Cool interview process. Paid for travel to their Hereticon, and then offered interviews to some of the attendees. I enjoyed meeting everyone there, and the interview process was fair. Unfortunately, couldn't negotiate the terms late in the process.

Question 1
All of the interviews were technical programming problems
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at OpenStore (New York, NY) in Feb 2025
Interview
The process was one of the most efficient software engineering interview processes I've got there. Also they truly do respect your time and effort. They had a follow up call with me being transparent about why I didn't get the offer. That left me with a really positive impression because they respected me as an interviewee that spent time to prepare for their interviews and left me something that I could take with me to improve on. That's the type of employer I'd love to work for, someone that respects others' time and isn't afraid to provide feedback.
The interview process involved:
1. Recruiter call
2. Hiring Manager call
3. Technical interview each 45 minutes - 1 coding and 1 system design

Question 1
As someone else mentioned, the coding portion involved parsing a JSON and CSV file then doing making some logic to process them. As for the system design, it was relevant to their e-commerce application.
