The interviewer was easy to talk to and the process was pretty informal. The meeting took place via teams. There was plenty of time to ask questions about the company and the role.

She asked about my previous experience, approach to therapy and why I would want to join.
Misleading information on website and job description. Haphazard vague interview and next steps f/u. She could not even answer my questions. I am a seasoned therapist with over 30 years experience. I received an unprofessional email stating they could not offer me a position, and if they could it would be a very low hourly rate. What an insult

Interview
20-30 minute interview. Where you are asked about your counseling history and education background. Then the hiring manager will tell you about the company and salary. Ask questions about supervision in the interview, because if you are getting your LPC none of the supervisors on staff can act as your supervisor for residency. You can work here if your are licensed bound or have a certification such as a QMHP.
