Ontario Consumers Home Services interview questions

I called them directly for job expecting for job, the phone went to recruiting manager itself she booked appointment for interview next day. This was a telephonic interview and I think its and Direct marketing role if it is direct marketing I am going to decline the offer

A bit empty no realconversation concering the position, more about the group itself. She was friendly and all but it was really shallow. I kind of liked the interview as it seemed easy but they never contacted me again, even after my emails and I understood I didn't have the job. Still it's unprofessional to not call back or send an email for an answer. I think it's kind of strange they didn't take me as I have previous experience in the field. I guess she did it just to prove that she was "handling interviews".
