I applied through an employee referral. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Onica in Mar 2020
Interview
I had a connection at the company who passed on my resume to an internal recruiter. That recruiter did a phone screening and then scheduled me for a phone interview with one of their Engagement Managers. After that went well, I had a case interview with another EM. This involved doing a meet and greet on Zoom, then I was given a case and I had 45 minutes to prepare it. After preparing my Agile plan for the imaginary company, I signed back in and presented it on a whiteboard. I did not make it to the final step of talking to the prospective client.
