Phone Interview: I was called at a pre-arranged time, the interview lastet about 45 minutes. There was not much small talk, the interviewer started right away asking technical questions. When I didn't answer questions to his satisfaction, he told me right away what he would have liked to hear. It was in itself a pleasent interview, but I messed it up by getting answering some relatively basic questions not as well as I should have. I received an email a few days later telling me that my application would not be pursued further.
