Why you would like to work with Onepilot? Video answering using problem-solving ie; delayed packaged required ASAP as the client leaves in 2 days. Package hasn't been shipped, but you can change the address. Tell me a bit about yourself?
The interview was long but straight forward, requiring recorded answers to multiple questions. It also included practical tasks and scenario based assessments to evaluate problem solving and decision making skills.

Interview
Application process was very straight to the point, you don't need to send a CV or write an a cover letter.
First you fill out an online questionnaire and record a video introduction. The next stage involves how you would handle common customer service scenarios. You are asked to compose draft emails in response to customer queries and record audio responses like you would leave a voicemail.
